Sanjay Rangnekar

 

Fine Arts from the prestigious JJ School of Applied Art in Mumbai, India. Sanjay has actively contributed to the Canadian arts and culture scene, lending his expertise as a board member as well as an advisor to various organizations. He brings an infectious passion and commitment to promoting art and culture and supporting local arts initiatives, nurturing emerging talents, and fostering a vibrant artistic community.

Music holds a special place in Sanjay's heart, and he embraces diverse genres like Bollywood, Jazz, Blues, and Classical music. Currently training in Hindustani Classical vocal, he goes beyond being a passive listener and is actively involved in organizing events that celebrate the rich cultural heritage of music and dance. Notable examples include his involvement in Milton Culture Days, The Friendship Project, Milton Summer days, and Rhythm Ravivaar. He also curates and spearheads Acisa's Annual Classical Music and Dance festival.
