#vstar22

the vstar talent hunt is back for another year… and this time, in a hybrid format!

vstar entries are closed as of june 13, 2022.

Arts & Culture Initiative of South Asia (ACISA) launched VSTAR, a talent hunt contest back in 2020 that saw 8 finalists vying to be sensations in different genres of performing arts – vocal, instrumental and dance.

Out of hundreds of video entries each year, the Top 8 artists were selected in 2020 and 2021.

The 3rd Annual VSTAR Talent Hunt and Mentorship program is coming back this year in a hybrid format: Both In-Person & Digital/Virtual.

While the virtual rounds will be based on both online votes as well as judges' scores, the In-Person Semi Final and Finals will be based on Judges' scores and audience voting.

VSTAR Mentorship Program: Arts & Culture Initiative of South Asia is proud to announce that the 6 finalists from VSTAR 2021 will get an opportunity to perform along with several professional artists at the VIBRANT BRAMPTON PRESENTED BY TD, Outdoor festival at Garden Square on July 22 & 23, 2022. That’s not all, the top 6 winners this year will also win cash prizes and trophies!
