Jazz Singer/Songwriter Shannon Butcher has a delightful style all her own – whether she’s covering jazz standards, bringing an intimate tone to 70s rock or giving a funk spin to country classics. Shannon’s dynamic interpretations of modern hits and original songs have brought her international attention and pushed her to the top of Canadian charts. With iTunes naming her one of the best new jazz vocal artists following her debut recording, Shannon has toured across Canada and overseas, and has released four albums, including Little Hearts and Butcher Sings Baker. As a teen Shannon performed with Brampton Music Theatre and she is thrilled to return to be part of the Vibrant Festival!
