Avni Vyas, a passionate and accomplished disciple of Miss Radhika Pillai, a renowned Bharatnatyam teacher is a Gold medal winner.

Avni has performed and choreographed Garba and other folk dances at various state and national level events. She has won a number of awards for her choreography of various folk dances. She has been recognized by organizations in India and Canada for her contribution to dance. She is the creative director of Shivanjali Dance Academy in Brampton where she has been teaching Bharatnatyam and other folk dances to children and adults for over 25 years.

Avni and her students have performed at various community events for the last 10 years in the Greater Toronto Area. She regularly serves as a judge for numerous dance competitions across Ontario.
